    • Cynthia Lin

      Creator of the 100 Days of Ukulele Project, Cynthia Lin is a singer-songwriter based in Honolulu, Hawai'i, known for her heart-stirring vocals, versatile ukulele-playing, and role as a global creative community leader. Through her popular YouTube channel (70+ million views) and approachable teaching style, Cynthia has introduced the joy of ukulele to a new generation of fans. With the motto “Practice your ukulele 5 minutes a day: it’s good for your brain, and good for your soul,” Cynthia has encouraged thousands of budding artists to embrace and share their own creative journeys.  As an independent artist, Cynthia has toured the globe and released 9 album recordings, including “Ukulele Days” and “Cozy Christmas,” both of which hit the Billboard jazz and world charts.     • Abe Lagrimas Jr.

      Abe Lagrimas, Jr. is a professional musician, composer, educator, and author who plays the drums, vibraphone, and ukulele. He studied at Berklee College of Music and competed in the highly prestigious Thelonious Monk International Jazz Drums Competition in 2012. As a solo ukulele artist, Abe is a Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award recipient, with his most recent win in 2022 for Ukulele Album of the Year. He has released multiple solo albums internationally, his music has been featured in Hawaiian Airlines and on Japanese television, and his music can even be found circulating in hundreds of thousands of reels on social media. In addition to teaching privately, Abe is currently involved in several music education programs. He is an on-screen instructor and consultant/curriculum developer for Fender Play, a world-wide subscription service that offers virtual music lessons. His involvement with Fender led him to join Lōkahi: The Ukulele Collective, a non-profit whose mission is to provide affordable interdisciplinary and culturally-relevant ukulele music education to Hawaii's students. Most recently, Abe has become the Ukulele Instructor for the Hawaii Youth Symphony Music4Kids Program. He is the author of Jazz Ukulele: Comping, Soloing, Chord Melodies (Berklee Press/Hal Leonard) and 'Elua, a self-published book featuring transcriptions from his 2019 album. He currently endorses Canopus Drums, Paiste Cymbals, Vic Firth Drumsticks, Beato Bags, Ohana Ukuleles, Analysis Plus Cables, Fusion Gig Bags, and Roswell Pro Audio. After a 15-year long stint in Los Angeles, CA, Abe has returned home and is currently based in Honolulu, HI.

    • Brittni Paiva

      Brittni Paiva is a world-renowned ukulele virtuoso and four-time Na Hoku Hanohano Award winner, celebrated for her innovative compositions and groundbreaking performances with legends like Carlos Santana and Tommy Emmanuel. Her 2023 single "Heartbeat Melody" earned Instrumental Composition of the Year at the 2024 Na Hoku Hanohano Awards, further solidifying her status as a leading figure in contemporary music. Brittni’s distinctive sound continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible with the ukulele.

    • Kalei Gamiao

      With 4 completed nominated albums to his name, Kalei Gamiao has been at the forefront of today’s ukulele revolution since 2008 when his debut album, “Contemporary Ukulele,” kicked up the demand for performances in the U.S market. After the release of his second album entitled “Redefined” in 2012 a greater demand for more of his music and performances exposed Kalei to hundreds of thousands of ukulele enthusiasts from around the world as he continues to tour countries such as Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Zealand, Italy, and the U.S mainland. When his third album “Merry Ukulele Christmas” released in 2013 as a seasonal project it propelled and broadened Kalei’s repertoire to new levels as many web and social media sites provide instant access for his fans to stay connected to his music and the explosive world-wide popularity of the ukulele. With the release of his 4th latest album “These Moments” in 2016 he has already traveled and performed in different parts of the world to share his passion for music.

      As a true ukulele virtuoso he sums it up by saying….. “My ukulele expresses every word and emotion. I love to create and share my musical journeys for everyone to enjoy”.
