Jose Dynamite is a Hawaii based stand-up comedian, promoter, multi-media executive and award winning commercial copy writer.
For roughly the first 9 years of his comedy career, Jose was the opening act for local comedian and radio personality, Augie T.; where he was able to perform in front of sold-out crowds on all the major Hawaiian islands as well as on the mainland in Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, Boise, Las Vegas, Anchorage, San Diego, Vallejo and Hayward; and internationally in Guam and Saipan.

Jose helped promote two sold out statewide comedy tours, the “PORTUGUESE KINGS OF COMEDY” starring Frank De Lima and Augie T. in 2010, as well as “ALI’I OF COMEDY TOUR” starring Frank De Lima, Ed Ka’ahea, Andy Bumatai, Mel Cabang, and Augie T. in 2012.
In March 2015, Jose Dynamite recorded his debut Stand Up Comedy Album “Something Smells Funny”. In 2017, Jose was awarded the “Best Host of a Comedy Show”, as voted by the Honolulu Comedy Scene for the U Comedy Awards.
Jose currently promotes weekly comedy shows in Honolulu every Tuesday & Wednesday. His brand of stand-up comedy is a self-described mixture of "Dumb Local Haole", obscure observations, and ethnic diversity in the Islands.
Jose works for Pacific Media Group as a Media Consultant for HI93, 94.7 KUMU, 102.7 Da Bomb, and105.9 The Wave.
