Ms. PraiseJesus Artis
Ms.PraiseJesus Artis returns to the Blue Note Hawai’i stage yet again but this time to ease us in with smooth jazz; showcasing a side of her we’ve yet to see. And then of course she promises to get you up and dancing by the end of the evening to some original tunes and maybe a few classics you can sing along to.
Ms. Artis is known to express her love for the 1920s through the 80s calling those eras the ages she wish she was born in. So a lot of her music is inspired by some of her favorite artists Louis Armstrong, Shirley Bassey, Whitney Houston and more.
Not that long ago Ms.Artis was featured by Yamaha showcasing her piano playing and her passion and purpose for carrying on her musical journey, in the middle of her struggles with her health issues she’s not letting anything stop her from sharing her music with the world if it means she can make one person smile or bring healing to their soul.
