Hailing from Vallejo, California, her musical roots began in church, where her mother served as choir director, while her older sisters inspired her passion for R&B. Zyah has blessed Femme it Forward, SXSW, and platforms like On the Radar with her lush vocals and fearless performance steeped in the spirit of her choir background.
