    • Henry Kapono

      Native Hawaiian Henry Kapono is a Grammy-nominated and multi-award-winning singer-songwriter known for his soulful voice and captivating performances. Rising to fame in the '70s as one half of the iconic duo Cecilio & Kapono (C&K), Kapono continues to inspire sold-out audiences worldwide. Heading Kapono Inc., a premier entertainment company, he remains a leading figure in Hawai'i's music scene, releasing new music and playing to loyal fans across the globe. With a career spanning decades, he has expanded his roles to include film producer, music director, and community leader. In 2018, he established The Henry Kapono Foundation to support Hawaiʻi's music industry through programs, grants, education, and resources. 

    • TAVANA

      Tavana is a multi-instrumentalist from Honolulu, HI who uses electronic drum triggers to lay down a variety of grooves with his feet while simultaneously playing guitar, banjo, lap steel, or ukulele and singing soulful, island-inspired rock and blues. His album, "Aloha Spirit" was a Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award Nominee for Best Contemporary Album of the Year in 2018, and features Leon Mobley (Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals), Chris Chorney (Kanye West and Jay-Z), and Mike Lewis (Sammy Davis, The Temptations, Billy Joel), as well as other world class musicians - Mark Lindberg, Ken Likens, and Ane Pessin. The album displays Tavana’s versatility with crossover pop songs "SMH," "Aloha Spirit" and "Island Days," while still showcasing some of his traditional hard-driving rock style on "Walk My Way" and "Glass Castle."

      Tavana has been the supporting act for Alabama Shakes, Shakey Graves, Xavier Rudd, Jenny Lewis, Julian Marley, and Kaleo to name just a few, and In 2009, Eddie Vedder invited Tavana to sing "Hawaii 78," a Hawaii anthem of sorts, with him at the Hawaii Theatre. “He’s more the exception than the rule, he is a great human and I’m glad to know him,” said Vedder while introducing Tavana to the audience. From a recording of their performance together, Vedder produced a limited vinyl record that was sent out to 10,000 Pearl Jam fans.

    • Anthony Pfluke

      Born and raised in Maui, Anthony has been rooted in Hawaiian music from an early age, forging an original path perpetuating the music of his home, writing and performing Hawaiian, contemporary, and reggae-influenced music on the ‘Ukulele, and 12 & 6 string Kīho‘alu (Slack key Guitar). A recent graduate in Hawaiian Studies from UH Hilo, Anthony has captivated audiences across the State of Hawai‘i, the west coast, and Japan, playing with some of Hawai‘i’s most iconic musicians. This Nā Hōkū Hanohano finalist is a rising star in the islands and definitely one to watch!

       

    • Danny Carvalho

      Grammy and Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards nominee Danny Carvalho began his slack key guitar journey at age 10 under the mentorship of Ozzie Kotani. Emerging as one of the leading voices and guitar player in a new generation of slack key artists, Danny’s artistry goes beyond his exceptional skills as a singer and guitarist—he’s also a highly regarded engineer and producer, shaping the sound of Hawai‘i’s music scene. Known for blending tradition with innovation, Danny performs solo with some of Hawai‘i’s most iconic artists and as one half of the celebrated duo Kailua Moon, where he creates beautiful harmonies with his wife, Nani Carvalho.

    • Ryan Perez

      Raised between North Carolina and Hawaiʻi, Ryan’s initial passion was sports, earning some of the highest amateur golf titles in the state of Hawaiʻi, including his most prized title of Hawaiʻi's #1 Amateur Golfer in 2009 and a full golf scholarship at U.H. However, when a friend reached out for help with his company, Ryan found his passion for music and started playing live gigs. Ryan took this new-found passion with him as he served eight years inthe U.S. Coast Guard, booking entertainment gigs in each area he was stationed. Performing became addictive, and today, Ryan plays across Oʻahu. Audiences are drawn to the positive energy and healing message in hisReggae, Soul, and R&B musical style
