The Get Down, Napa’s most revered all vinyl night returns to Blue Note just in time to commemorate July 4th. 

Residents Odin & Platurn will be spinning a selection of some of the greatest Soul, Funk, Jazz, Latin, Hip Hop, RnB, Disco and Boogie records America has ever produced. In addition there will be music from around the globe celebrating the diversity of sounds & cultures that make the USA the country it is today! We are delighted to welcome DJ Flow as our special guest, a true maestro on the turntables with over two decades of experience under his belt, a member of both the 45 Sessions and Mac Vinyl Agency as well as host of the Inventions and Dimensions podcast. 

To top things off there will be vinyl and exclusive merchandise for sale alongside some giveaways! 

In the spirit of the freedom declared in 1776, there is no cover charge for most sections!
 
BLUE NOTE NAPA is on the 1st floor of the historic Napa Valley Opera House and is an intimate 180-seated live music club and restaurant. World-class and local Bay Area artists perform here. Before and during the show, we offer a sophisticated dinner menu and a wide selection of wines and cocktails to order.

  • Seating is First-come, First-seated in any purchased section.
  • PAIRS ARE SEATED OPPOSITE EACH OTHER UNLESS AT HIGH OR SIDE BAR SECTIONS.
  • 2 Drink Minimum (coffee/sodas/mocktails) if not ordering food.
  • Ages 8 + unless otherwise specified.
  • No Infants

BOOTHS: Not available as singles or pairs
Booth for 4: Requires 4 seats to be purchased. (dark green)
Booth for 5 or 6: Requires 5 or 6 seats to be purchased. (light green) 

STANDARD SEATING:
Floor Tables: Table Seating on the floor. Pairs sat opposite each other (dark blue)
High Bar: Great view! Tall chairs with padded seats, sat side by side (bright blue)
Center Platform: Elevated viewing section with good sight lines. Tall table & Chair seating. Pairs sat opposite each other (light blue)

ADA for those that require accessible seating. Companions purchase Floor Table. (dark blue)
 
SIDE SEATING:
Side Stage: Stage level table seating. Pairs sat opposite each other. (purple)
Rear Bar and Side Bar: Tall chairs with padded seats, sat side by side (red)

  • DJ Odin

    DJ Odin was born and raised in London, England on a diet of Punk, Funk, Soul, Jazz, Hip Hop, Reggae and Dancehall. His first DJ residency started at just 17 years old at the legendary Black Sheep Bar. He was also a resident at The Get Down, London’s ever popular and now longest running weekly club night! Over the following 2 decades he went on to spin in bars, clubs, arenas, stadiums and festivals across Europe and North America. Some highlights include Glastonbury, iTunes Festival, Notting Hill carnival, Staples Centre LA, Barclays Centre Brooklyn, YouTube HQ, X Factor Italy, Canada VMAs, Cannes film festival and Ibiza.

    His skills on the turntables have seen him tour DJ for numerous multiple platinum recording artists as well as appearing on Good Morning America in NY and The Late Late show in LA.

  • DJ Platurn

    A 28 year veteran of the music industry, Platurn has traveled the world many times over bringing quality music to multiple corners of the globe. With a client list that includes Red Bull, Netflix, Toyota, HBO, Adidas, Pixar, Puma, Hulu, Monster Cable, MTV, and the Golden State Warriors (to name a few), he’s built a reputation as a music man with vision plus a deep sense of community, and in turn preserving crucial aspects of DJ and music culture. Founder of Platurn Productions, The 45 Sessions, & the Oakland Faders, Platurn has solidified himself as a force to be reckoned with in the ever changing entertainment industry landscape.

  • DJ Flow

    Hailing from the Bay Area, Flow is a true maestro of the turntables with over two decades of experience under his belt. He specializes in all-vinyl sets with a collection that spans the globe having traveled far and wide, tirelessly hunting for rare grooves on wax.

    His music curation has helped him gain the respect of his peers including Lenny Kravitz, Pharrell, Mannie Fresh, and even Usher who personally invited him to spin at his exclusive afterparty during his residency at the Park MGM in Las Vegas. He is also the host and founder of the Inventions & Dimensions podcast and a member of the Mac Vinyl Collective alongside legends such as Easy Mo Bee, Stretch Armstrong, Shortkut, Skratch Bastid & Dj Pee Wee (Anderson .Paak)
