All events are fully accessible and reserved seating depends on the map used per show. Go to Venue Seating Layouts below to view various seating arrangements.

Accessible tickets are available for purchase in any of the seated events with reserved seating, and for our standing room events or GA Sections, one would just purchase the standard ticket and we will have non-raised areas dedicated for those with accessible needs. 

An usher will be available at the event to assist with finding your seat or accessible area.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING:

Events with SAPPHIRE, GOLD and SILVER RESERVED SECTIONS and GA BRONZE SECTIONS that have Standing or Seated Sections:

SAPPHIRE, GOLD AND SILVER RESERVED SECTIONS: 

• To purchase accessible tickets in the reserved Sapphire, Gold and Silver Sections: Click on the “Request Accessible Tickets” icon on the respective Ticketmaster event page.

BRONZE GA SECTIONS:
On Ticketmaster, please purchase the standard GA ticket in this section. 

• For first come, first seated General Admission Bronze, there will be designated spots for our guests that require accessibility for themselves and up to 3 companions. There are no raised viewing sections. Upon arrival, please check in with our usher team for further directions.
• For standing room only GA Bronze Section, there will be a designated area with seating for our guests that require accessibility for themselves and up to 3 companions. There are no raised viewing sections. Upon arrival, please check in with our usher team for further directions.

Events with SAPPHIRE RESERVED SECTION and GOLD and SILVER GA STANDING SECTIONS:

SAPPHIRE SECTION:

• To purchase accessible tickets in the reserved Sapphire Section: Click on the “Request Accessible Tickets” icon on the respective Ticketmaster event page.

GOLD and SILVER GA STANDING SECTIONS:

On Ticketmaster, please purchase the standard GA ticket in these sections. 

• For both Gold and Silver Sections there will be a designated area with seating for our guests that require accessibility for themselves and up to 3 companions. There are no raised viewing sections. Upon arrival, please check in with our usher team for further directions.

These sections are closest to the path of travel in each section. Service Dogs are allowed.

Accessible parking is in the lot directly behind The Meritage Northwest entrance at 850 Bordeaux Way off Napa Valley Corporate Dr. close to The Grand Reserve property between 825-850 Bordeaux Way across from 2700 Napa Valley Corporate Dr, Napa, CA 94558
On Ticketmaster, please purchase a standard parking ticket and upon arrival at the designated ADA parking lot directly behind The Meritage Northwest entrance, be prepared to show your ticket on your smart device with your ADA placard.  
The car park opens 60 min before doors and closes 30 min after the show. Parking is $18* in advance and $25* on the day of the show.

All public restrooms are on ground floor and available to guests with accessible needs.

For any section that offers seating, the seats are wedding style seats.

They are padded and average with the sizing specifications below.

Sapphire Section includes bistro tables with your reserved Gold seat, plus exclusive lounge access. Sapphire availability varies by show—check individual event pages for details.

All other sections offer theater-style seating or standing only. There are no bistro tables in Gold, Silver, or Bronze sections.

The Sapphire Club is our premium concert experience at Blue Note Napa Summer Sessions. Sapphire tickets include everything in Gold seating plus exclusive upgrades for an elevated evening under the stars. Sapphire Club availbility and amenities may vary depending on the show.

Our Summer Session shows capacity ranges from 600 – 3000.

Yes. All shows are outside and will go on Rain or Shine.

Gold Section and Silver Section have reserved seating or standing, depending on the event.

Bronze Section has either general admission seating or standing and is first come, first served.

All tickets are pre-purchased and available through your Ticketmaster account.

Access your Ticketmaster account and have your tickets ready to scan upon your arrival with your brightness turned up.

Tickets bought from unofficial 3rd parties cannot be verified through our scanning equipment.

We highly encourage our fans to leave personal bags at home. Bag size guidelines will be enforced. All bags will be screened by Security prior to entry. All bags under L14″ x W6″ x H14″ and bags accepted as medical bags will be subject to thorough screening, including the use of magnetic screening, which may delay entry.

ALL BAGS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.

BAGS ALLOWED:

• PURSES/ BAGS no larger than 14″x 6″x 14″.
• WAIST/FANNY PACKS

BAGS NOT ALLOWED:

• Backpacks are not allowed
• Any bag that is larger than 14″x 6″ x 14″ is not allowed.

The Blue Note Pop Up Box Office is open on the day of the show only. It opens 60 minutes prior to the door time listed on your event and closes 30 minutes after the show begins.

Box Office accepts only major credit cards. There is no “tap to pay” or cash accepted.

BOX OFFICE LOCATION:

The outdoor Box Office location is at 850 Bordeaux Way, Napa 94558 near the Grand Reserve.

Please be sure to bring a photo ID, the credit card that was used at the time of ticket purchase, and the Ticketmaster order number as any or all of these may be required for proof of purchase if there is any issue with retrieving your ticket.

Will Call is not publicly available at this venue. Will Call is for Artist and Venue guests only with photo ID.

Children aged 8+ are welcome at most events, but some shows may be for ages 18+. Every patron must have a ticket regardless of age. No infants please. Please check specific shows for age restrictions.

Everyone is required to walk through metal detectors/magnetometers for entry into the Blue Note Napa Summer Sessions shows. The detectors are like those used by airports. Unlike at airports, fans will not have to remove their shoes. However, security officials will wand or pat-down fans if there are extenuating circumstances. We encourage all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you are subject to search prior to entry.

Please have your Ticketmaster account open with your tickets visibly available on your smart device or digital wallet with your brightness turned up ready for scanning by our ushers.

There will be both food and drink, including spirits, wine, and non-alcohol available for purchase.

FOOD AND DRINK PAYMENT TYPES:

Bar Registers will support all major forms of digital payment, including credit card MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cashless (tap to pay), RFID, Apple Pay, Android Pay and debit cards. NO CASH.

Box Office accepts only major credit cards. There is no “tap to pay” or cash accepted.

General Lot Parking is within a few blocks of the venue entrance north of The Meritage Resort property. Lot Parking is near and within a few blocks’ distance of the venue entrance and is available for purchase online at checkout when purchasing your show ticket. If in need of parking after purchasing a show ticket, please reach out to boxoffice@bluenotenapa.com or visit Ticketmaster to locate the parking for our event.

ADA parking is in the lot directly behind The Meritage Northwest entrance at 850 Bordeaux Way. Access off Napa Valley Corporate Dr. – See ACCESSIBILITY QUESTIONS section at the top of this page for more info.

Do not park in the Meritage Resort guest parking areas or in the neighboring business lots. You will risk being ticketed or towed.

Please do not bring pets.

TICKETS WILL BE IN YOUR TICKETMASTER ACCOUNT.

PARKING COST:

$20 Advance / $25 Day of Show, credit card only. We recommend you purchase it early. Day of Show is not guaranteed. Parking lots at The Meritage Resort are NOT available for concert parking.

PARKING HOURS:

Parking opens 60 minutes prior to the event door time and closes 30 minutes after the event ends. For VIP Artist Show packages, parking will open 30 mins prior to early entry.

We enforce a “no re-entry” policy during all events. Ticket holders who leave during an event will not be admitted back for re-entry without an unused/unscanned ticket. There are no in and out privileges.

No Refunds or Exchanges. All Sales Are Final.

To avoid ticket fraud, ticket buyers are encouraged to ONLY purchase their tickets through Ticketmaster. Blue Note Napa Summer Sessions will not be able to check the validity of tickets purchased from third party vendors and can not guarantee entry.

Will Call is not publicly available at this venue. Will Call is for Artist and Venue guests only and is located at the outdoor Box Office at 850 Bordeaux Way in Napa. Be sure to bring a photo ID as this will be required for ticket pick up.
