Accessibility
We want Blue Note London to be accessible and welcoming to everyone. We recognise that every visitor’s access requirements are different, so if there’s anything we can do to support your visit, please get in touch with our team at club@bluenotelondon.com.
We’ll always do our best to make reasonable adjustments and find practical solutions wherever possible.
Booking Accessible Tickets
If you require a wheelchair space or accessible seating, please book one of the designated Accessible Tickets available via Ticketmaster on each event listing.
We have a limited number of accessible tickets available for each performance, subject to availability.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss your access requirements before booking, please contact our team at club@bluenotelondon.com.
Companion Tickets
If you require the support of a companion or personal assistant to attend a show, we offer one complimentary Companion Ticket alongside your accessible ticket, subject to availability.
You can select a Companion Ticket when booking your Accessible Ticket through Ticketmaster. If you’ve already booked and now require a companion, please contact us at club@bluenotelondon.com and we’ll do our best to help.
We may ask for supporting information to confirm eligibility. This can include PIP, DLA, Attendance Allowance, an Access Card with the +1 symbol, registration as blind or partially sighted, or a letter from a relevant healthcare or support professional.
Please feel free to remove or cover any sensitive information that isn’t relevant to your request.
We’re unable to accept Blue Badges, travel or bus passes, Christmas Bonus Letters or CEA cards as supporting information.
If your access requirements mean you need more than one companion, please contact us so we can discuss how best to support your visit.
Accessible Viewing Area
Space within our accessible viewing areas is limited. Where required, we’ll ensure you can remain with your companion, although we may not always be able to accommodate additional members of your party within the accessible area or guarantee seated options.
Lift Facilities
The venue is equipped with a single-occupancy vertical platform lift designed to assist individuals with limited mobility. Please note that due to strict physical dimension constraints, this lift is intended for use by one person at a time and cannot accommodate wheelchairs or mobility scooters requiring a companion. For alternative accessible routes or assistance, please contact us in advance to discuss best options.
Blind or Visually Impaired Visitors
If you require information in large print or another accessible format, please contact us in advance at club@bluenotelondon.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Box Office
Our box office does not have a lowered counter. If you require assistance when you arrive, please speak to a member of our team and they’ll be happy to help.
Bathroom Facilities
An ambulant toilet is available on the lower ground floor.
We also have two fully accessible toilets within the venue. Please speak to a member of staff on arrival, and they’ll be happy to direct you to the nearest one.
Further Access Support
