WHEN WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE?

A limited number of packages including a 3-day festival pass and a 4-night stay at the Silverado Resort are on sale now. Additional 3-day passes will be available when we announce our lineup. We are not selling single day tickets at this time.

WHO IS PERFORMING AT THE FESTIVAL?

The 2023 festival lineup will be announced in March.

WHAT ARE THE FESTIVAL HOURS

WILL I BE ABLE TO LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL?

Yes. All festival attendees will be issued a wristband and will have the ability to leave and return if necessary. Do not lose your wristband!

WILL THE FESTIVAL GO ON IF IT’S RAINING?

The festival is a rain or shine event.

IS THERE FOOD AND BEVERAGE AT THE FESTIVAL?

Yes. The festival will feature food vendors from Napa’s vibrant culinary scene, full bars throughout the grounds and a wine garden with representation from many top Napa Valley vineyards. A full list of vendors will be available closer to the festival dates.

WILL SEATING BE PROVIDED?

More information will be available soon.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE FESTIVAL

We recommend:

  • Sunscreen
  • Beach Blanket & Towels
  • Hats
  • Sunglasses
  • Earplugs
  • Valid Driver’s License, passport, or state ID for entry and/or to drink alcohol
  • Non-professional film and digital cameras
  • Comfortable shoes

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?

All persons, bags and personal items are subject to inspection before entering the event. Please review accepted and prohibited items before entering the festival:

  • Bags larger than 20” x 20” x 10”
  • Weapons of ANY kind
  • Fireworks/explosives
  • Illegal substances
  • Tobacco/smoking products of any kind (including e-cigs, vapes, etc.)
  • Outside food
  • Large or hard sided coolers
  • Picnic baskets
  • Skateboards or personal motorized vehicles
  • Umbrellas
  • Soft or Hard back chairs / lawn furniture
  • Totems made of wood, metal and/or PVC material will NOT be allowed (this includes flap poles and heavy sticks.) No totems taller than 6ft, and thicker than 1/2 inch. Must be made of light material.
  • Pets (with the exception of service animals)
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the festival)
  • Instruments
  • Chains / chain wallets
  • Selfie sticks
  • Laser pointers
  • Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
  • Audio/video recording equipment
  • Drones or hover cameras
  • No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

IS RIDESHARING AVAILABLE?

There will be a designated area for ride share service drop off and pick up. We will also offer a free shuttle. More information will be available soon.

IS THE FESTIVAL ADA ACCESSIBLE?

Yes. Please email info@bluenotejazzfestival.com for information on the festival’s accessibility program.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Stay on-site! A limited number of rooms are available at the Silverado Resort and are on sale now.

TICKETING & WILL CALL

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

Official ticketing is through our website bluenotejazzfestival.com and frontgatetickets.com.

Please avoid third party and broker ticketing sites like Stub Hub, Seatgeek, etc. Unfortunately, many of these sites will offer counterfeit tickets. Counterfeit tickets will not be honored.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds unless the entire event is canceled. All artists, set times & stages are subject to change without notice & refunds will not be issued due to individual artist cancellations.

CAN I BE ADDED TO A WAITLIST IF TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT?

Once the festival is sold out, there will be a waitlist for additional ticket opportunities pending availability.

IS THE FESTIVAL ALL AGES?

The festival is open to all ages. Children 5 years old and younger are admitted free with a ticketed adult. Strollers are allowed.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A TICKET FOR MY CHILD?

Children 5 years old and younger are admitted free with a ticketed adult.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE AT ONCE?

There is an event ticket purchase limit of 6 tickets. This limit applies per person, per transaction, per credit card, per billing address, per email address, and other factors.

DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN? 

Payment plans are not available for hotel packages, but will be available for festival passes. More information will be posted soon.

WILL YOU OFFER SINGLE DAY TICKETS?

We are only offering 3-day passes at this time.
