Where is the Blue Note located?<\/strong>

The Blue Note is located at 2335 Kalakaua Avenue on level two of the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort<\/a>.<\/p> <\/div>

Is there a dress code?<\/strong>

There is no dress code; however, smart casual dress is recommended. We realize we’re on the beach, but no bathing suits, please — and shoes are required. The club is air conditioned, so a light jacket or sweater is recommended.<\/p> <\/div>

Do you serve food and drinks?<\/strong><\/strong>

Yes. We have a full food and beverage menu<\/a> available at each show. Food and beverage minimum will be $20 beginning December 4, 2024.<\/p> <\/div>

Is food available at the bar?<\/strong><\/strong>

Yes, the full dinner menu is available at the bar.\u00a0<\/p> <\/div>

Is there a food\/beverage or drink minimum?<\/strong><\/strong>

Yes, we have a $20 minimum per person, beginning December 4, 2024. You may choose anything off the menu to fulfill this.<\/p> <\/div>

Is there an age restriction?<\/strong><\/strong>

No, the Blue Note is an all-ages venue. However, minors cannot sit in the bar area. All guests must have a ticket for entry.<\/p> <\/div>

Do children get in free?<\/strong><\/strong>

Children 2 and under may sit in your lap without a ticket. Children 3 and up (or 2 and under with a seat) must purchase a ticket and meet the $20 food & beverage minimum. We do not have high chairs, booster seats or a kid\u2019s menu. Strollers are not allowed at the table and may be checked at the hostess stand. Children of all ages are welcome, but we do enforce a quiet policy. We recommend ages 10+.\u00a0<\/p> <\/div>

Is there parking nearby? Do you validate?<\/strong><\/strong>

We offer discounted parking at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise Hotel, located on the corner of Kuhio and Kaiulani Avenue. With validation, the cost is $6 for up to 4 hours. The public rate applies after 4 hours. We also provide discounted valet parking at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort: $15 for 4 hours.<\/p> <\/div>

What are my payment options?<\/strong><\/strong>

Cash, American Express, VISA, MasterCard and JCB. We do not accept personal checks.<\/p> <\/div>

I bought tickets but I can no longer attend the show. What are my options? <\/strong>

All ticket sales are final and we do not issue refunds, transfers or credit. If you can find someone to use your tickets, please email your guest’s name and your order number club@bluenotehawaii.com and we can alter your reservation.<\/p> <\/div>

What is your seating policy?<\/strong>

Seating is first come, first serve within the section you purchase. The bar area is a mix of seating and standing room. Our table seating is communal and you may be seated with other parties. Arrive early for best seating options. We do not reserve tables unless it’s for a group reservation<\/a>.<\/p> <\/div>

Do you seat incomplete parties?<\/strong><\/strong>

Yes, however we do not hold tables. If it\u2019s a busy show and your guests are late, we may have to seat other guests at the table. If you have a large group that wants to sit together, we recommend arriving when doors open, or make a\u00a0group reservation<\/a>.<\/p> <\/div>

Do you take group reservations?<\/strong><\/strong>

Yes, we offer reserved seating for parties of 6 or more with an elevated food and beverage minimum. Visit our group reservation page<\/a> for more information. Otherwise, seating is first come, first serve<\/p> <\/div>

Do you rent the Blue Note for private events?<\/strong><\/strong>

Can I take photographs at the show?<\/strong><\/strong>

Club policy is no professional camera equipment unless previously granted permission (no detachable lenses, monopods, tripods, large zoom lenses, and\/or commercial-use).<\/p> <\/div>

What is the Blue Note Hawaii’s venue capacity?\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong>

Our capacity is 326.\u00a0<\/p> <\/div>

Sometimes I see “Reserved” tables at the club. How do I get one of those?<\/strong><\/strong>

Our club policy for seating is first come, first served. We will hold tables for band guests and for\u00a0group reservations<\/a>.<\/p> <\/div>

Can I avoid the service charge if I come to the club in person?<\/strong><\/strong>

No. All of our ticketing is handled through Ticketweb and we cannot override their ticketing fees.<\/p> <\/div>

When is the gift shop open?<\/strong><\/strong>

The Blue Note Boutique is open 10am-9pm every day.<\/p> <\/div>

Is the club handicap accessible?<\/strong><\/strong>

Yes. The club is fully ADA compliant. If you have special seating needs, please let us know in advance so we can better accommodate you. Visit our contact page<\/a> to let us know. <\/p> <\/div>

Can I buy a gift card?<\/strong><\/strong>

We offer gift cards for food and beverage inside the club. Gift cards are not available for tickets or for the gift shop at this time.
