WILL THE FESTIVAL GO ON IF IT\u2019S RAINING?<\/summary>\n

The festival is a rain or shine event.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

IS THERE FOOD AND BEVERAGE AT THE FESTIVAL?<\/summary>\n

Yes. The festival will feature food vendors from Napa\u2019s vibrant culinary scene, full bars throughout the grounds and a wine garden with representation from many top Napa Valley vineyards. A full list of vendors will be available closer to the festival dates. We will also offer a variety of ticketed food and wine experiences, including artist-led events. WILL SEATING BE PROVIDED?<\/summary>\n

The main stage will have reserved seating for VIP+ (hotel guests), VIP and GA+. GA ticketholders are standing room only. All other stages will be standing room only for all attendees.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

WILL THERE BE AFTER PARTIES?<\/summary>\n

Yes. There will be on-site after parties on Friday and Saturday night of the festival at the Meritage Resort & Spa. All party passes will be available in May upon lineup announcement. You must have a festival pass to purchase an after party pass.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Large or hard sided coolers
\u2022 Picnic baskets
\u2022 Skateboards or personal motorized vehicles
\u2022 Umbrellas
\u2022 Soft or Hard back chairs \/ lawn furniture \/ blankets
\u2022 Totems made of wood, metal and\/or PVC material will NOT be allowed (this includes flap poles and heavy sticks.) No totems taller than 6ft, and thicker than 1\/2 inch. Must be made of light material.
\u2022 Pets (with the exception of service animals)
\u2022 Glass containers of any kind
\u2022 Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at the festival)
\u2022 Instruments
\u2022 Chains \/ chain wallets
\u2022 Selfie sticks
\u2022 Laser pointers
\u2022 Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
\u2022 Audio\/video recording equipment
\u2022 Drones or hover cameras
\u2022 No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized\/unlicensed vendors allowed.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

WHEN WILL DOORS OPEN?<\/summary>\n

ON SITE PHOTOGRAPHER & MEDIA POLICY<\/summary>\n

Please note that film crews will be on-site during the festival weekend capturing the experience. By entering the festival you consent to being filmed and photographed.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?<\/summary>\n

Official ticketing is through our website and Tixr<\/a>. Regular festival passes will be available in April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please avoid third party and broker ticketing sites like Stub Hub, Seatgeek, etc. Unfortunately, many of these sites will offer counterfeit tickets. Counterfeit tickets will not be honored.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY<\/summary>\n

All sales are final. <\/strong>No refunds unless the entire event is canceled. All artists, set times & stages are subject to change without notice & refunds will not be issued due to individual artist cancellations.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

IS THE FESTIVAL ALL AGES?<\/summary>\n

The festival is open to all ages. Children 5 years old and younger are admitted free with a ticketed adult. Strollers are allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
